I've declined the "speedy" deletion for now, but this article needs independent, reliable sources that establish notability per WP:BIO. English sources are better, but German sources are better than nothing. A search at the Google archives has many useful hits.

Proposed deletion of Meir Schweiger[edit]

The article Meir Schweiger has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

The article lacks discussion as to why the subject meet notability guidelines. Additionally, the article lacks citations needed for verification. The notability and verfification tags were placed on the article in May 2009, and have not yet been remediated.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
