Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to The Blackwood Brothers. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the page, please discuss it on the associated talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you. Musdan77 (talk) 23:22, 23 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop adding inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Rex Reed. It is considered spamming and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Because Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, additions of links to Wikipedia will not alter search engine rankings. If you continue spamming, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. This is your last warning. You will be blocked from editing the next time you violate Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy, as you did with this edit to Rex Reed. I dream of horses If you reply here, please leave me a {{Talkback}} message on my talk page. @ 00:32, 24 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent edits at J. D. Salinger

[edit]

Your recent edits at this article seem to be for the sole purpose of promoting a re-issue of Salinger stories. Your user name, Tom Graves, seems to be that of a principal at the re-issuing publisher. The material has been removed. Your May 2014 edits are no more acceptable than your prior edits. As far as I can tell at the moment, every edit you have made in Wikipedia has had the purpose of promoting Devault Graves re-issues. Your persistent activities show you are not here to build an encyclopedia. Please stop your promotional activity. - Neonorange (talk) 03:11, 23 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
