Welcome
[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. I hope you decide to stick around. Any problems, feel free to drop me a message on my Talk Page. --Edchilvers 20:30, 15 October 2006 (UTC)My name is Debigarey and on the who founded Longhorn Steakhouse page there is a huge error and i see you are from atlanta. I am too. I am 70 years old and I really dont know how to edit a page so i hope you can help me. I also know i can't put a personal slant to the page,but hear me out. The page states that George McKerrow founded Longhorn with his best friend Brian.This is wrong. It was was his best friend Bill Norman. There were some silent investors as well, but I do not recall anyone named Brian. I knew George and Bill Norman. I am Bill's age and kept up with him after he left Longhorn in the early 90's with a pile of money. He went on to found Norman's Landing in Forsythe County. I know you have to have proof of all the stuff about Bill so I scoured the Web.Bill is not a publicity hound, but I knew if I wanted to correct the Longhorn page, I had to find an article on Bill Norman, that mentioned him helping found Longhorn as well as his current restaurant. I found the article I wanted but I was a bit late, as he had already closed Norman's Landing. Here is the article about Bill Norman in 2017 that clearly shows he was one of the founders of Longhorn Steakhouse. I think the https thing below is what you need isn't it? and there is a photo of Bill in that article.
I think he should have his own wikipedia page because George has one.

It clearly states in paragraph 11;"Norman's restaurant career started nearly 50 years ago when he helped FOUND Longhorn Steakhouse. He eventually set out to fulfill his dream of building a restaurant on Lake Lanier and opened Norman's Landing in 1995. The closing paragraph reads." The reason I built this restaurant is to have the best seafood in Forsythe County. and raise money in this community." Norman said"I left Longhorn and had a bunch of money and thought, I'll do somthing for the community'We ended up raising $2.3 million for this community in 22 years. Hopefully we've been the best restaurant in Forsyth County in 22 years. That was the goal. We take pride in what we do."

Notability of Newsmeat.com
[edit]Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Newsmeat.com, by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Newsmeat.com is an article about a certain website, blog, forum, or other web content that does not assert the importance or significance of that web location. Please read our criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 7 under Articles, as well as notability guidelines for websites. Please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources which verify their content.
To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Newsmeat.com, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Feel free to contact the bot operator if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot, bearing in mind that this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion; it does not perform any nominations or deletions itself. Speedy deletion of Bob Rathbun
[edit]A tag has been placed on Bob Rathbun requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for biographies.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the article (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Another editor has added the {{prod}}
template to the article Spongebob Squarepants Drawn to Life, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but the editor doesn't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and has explained why in the article (see also Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not and Wikipedia:Notability). Please either work to improve the article if the topic is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia or discuss the relevant issues at its talk page. If you remove the {{prod}}
template, the article will not be deleted, but note that it may still be sent to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. BJBot (talk) 01:00, 29 February 2008 (UTC)

[edit]The correctly-formatted title of the new B-K game would be Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts, with the hyphen and ampersand. Just64helpin (talk) 18:42, 20 May 2008 (UTC)
Found poetry
[edit]Hey. I noticed you added some material to found poetry a while back. I was wondering if you could look at it again, and see if you can at least help out herding the vandalism away. --Justpassin (talk) 23:51, 8 June 2008 (UTC)
Unreferenced BLPs
[edit]Hello Tommy11111! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 1 of the articles that you created is tagged as an Unreferenced Biography of a Living Person. The biographies of living persons policy requires that all personal or potentially controversial information be sourced. In addition, to insure verifiability, all biographies should be based on reliable sources. if you were to bring this article up to standards, it would greatly help us with the current 154 article backlog. Once the article is adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the article:

This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
