Welcome to Wikipedia, Tricorder42! Thank you for your contributions. I have been editing Wikipedia for some time, so if you have any questions feel free to leave me a message on my talk page. Also, when you post on talk pages you should sign your name using four tildes (~~~~); that will automatically produce your username and the date. I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Rubbish computer (Merry Christmas!: ...And a Happy New Year!) 18:51, 13 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I'm sorry to see that your initial experience of Wikipedia has been unpleasant. Rubbish computer (Merry Christmas!: ...And a Happy New Year!) 18:51, 13 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
I'm not too traumatized. :) I just wanted to help out. Thank you for the cookies! I know about signing. Tricorder42 (talk) 19:24, 13 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I'm well aware of WP:BLANKING. No need to bite me if you dislike this. WP:DBN

OK, stop removing my comments and changing yours. That's also a form of disruptive editing, since it changes the narrative to whatever you want it to be. You're aware of that taggable policy now, too, are you? Kingsif (talk) 18:58, 23 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

being treated unpleasantly by a senior editor

[edit]

I'm not an experienced user. I'm not saying that the user who has been editing my page is breaking any rules of wikipedia but I am upset that they are sending me lots of warnings that I don't think I deserve. Could a third party take a look at this and confirm that, as reddit's AITA forum would say, "everyone sucks here"?

Comments like this are unhelpful. "biting" and "AGF" are not blanket cover for people to run amok and insult other editors. If you don't like being warned, perhaps you should address the reasons for your warnings. Praxidicae (talk) 19:46, 23 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Further, WP:VANISH means you stay vanished, it doesn't mean you get to come back and edit as you please. Praxidicae (talk) 19:47, 23 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
