Hello USCtrad. It has been over six months since you last edited your WP:AFC draft article submission, entitled "15-M movement".

The page will shortly be deleted. If you plan on editing the page to address the issues raised when it was declined and resubmit it, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}} or {{db-g13}} code. Please note that Articles for Creation is not for indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you want to retrieve it, copy this code: {{subst:Refund/G13|Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/15-M movement}}, paste it in the edit box at this link, click "Save", and an administrator will in most cases undelete the submission.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. HasteurBot (talk) 23:05, 28 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Viking Festival of Catoira moved to draftspace

[edit]

An article you recently created, Viking Festival of Catoira, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Hello! Do you know of any reliable secondary sources that discuss the Viking Festival of Catoira itself that we could add to the article? It currently only cites the city council's website for the festival itself, but I assume discussion of the festival itself exists in local media. – Thjarkur (talk) 02:22, 1 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Hello! When adding references to the translated text we looked for more academic texts discussing the historical events which the festival celebrates. Of course, when each year's celebration draws near, regional newspapers cover it in some depth. However, these are news stories in Spanish (or Galician) which describe planned events or narrate them once they took place. I include a few below by way of illustration. Do you mean that we should also include these links somewhere in the entry? Thank you very much for your feedback!
