Copyright problem: Gary L. Bennett

Bennett, but we regretfully cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from either web sites or printed material. This article appears to be a copy from http://ieeexplore.ieee.org/Xplore/login.jsp?url=/iel3/62/4287/00166863.pdf?isnumber=4287&prod=JNL&arnumber=166863&arSt=26&ared=36&arAuthor=Bennett%2C+G.L., and therefore a copyright violation. The copyrighted text has been or will soon be deleted.
