Does this mean "magazine with the most circulation", or merely "magazine that has been advertised the most"? The former may be a claim that could help it meet the relevant notability criteria, but it would need to be supported by reliable sources demonstrating this fact. If it means the latter, that is probably not a claim that would demonstrate notability. Thanks,
