If you link a page like where you want the label (the visible text) to be the same as the name of the page, then there's no need to duplicated it like [[Ferruccio Ritossa|Ferruccio Ritossa]]. You can just put, instead, [[Ferruccio Ritossa]]. The second field (after the pipe symbol) is for the label, and is only needed if you want the label to be different.
