Managing a conflict of interest

Hello, Vips site2016. Please Help!

I have been trying to create a page but everytime it gets deleted. Tried creating a new account and uploading content but its the same problem.

Please help me with...understanding where am I going wrong? Would appreciate if you could explain the problem.
