Non-notable cricketer who fails WP:NCRIC. This cricketer has only played minor counties and second XI cricket; he has not played for the Gloucestershire 1st XI. Not sure why the infobox is suggesting this player has played first-class and List A cricket, he hasn't.

Introduction of non-notable cricketers

Hi. Please read WP:NCRIC and WP:OFFCRIC before introducing anymore articles on cricketers. Also, there seems to be some confusion around what is and what isn't a first-class/List A/Twenty20 match. @WellThisIsTheReaper: thank you :) Although the ICC document is from 2017, it does seem to be up to date as it includes matches played in Afghanistan and Ireland, which were granted FC/LA/T20 status in 2017. StickyWicket (talk) 19:58, 31 January 2022 (UTC)

@AssociateAffiliate: No problem :) But looking at WP:OFFCRIC, it has no mention of the WCL. Nothing on WP:CRIN either. How would one know if a player playing in the WCL would be deemed notable or unnotable specifically? WellThisIsTheReaper (talk) 20:19, 31 January 2022 (UTC)
