McDade v City of Chester[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia; the notability criteria is a little different here. I noticed that you omitted McDade V City of Chester in your Jackson draft but these are the kind of things that contribute to making an article noteworthy in the Wiki sense and worth researching further.
