I removed the Alma Mater from Montour High School because it is almost certainly a copyright violation (see above). Ruhrfisch ><>°° 01:06, 20 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. First off, nothing here is ever lost and another user tagged it for deletion. I happened to agree with the reasoning. It can be easily recreated. If the company is yours, there may be a problem with conflict of interest. There may also be a question of notability. I can undelete the article if you wish so that you can work on it (review WP:YFA as soon as possible), but if you have a future concern, kindly don't come onto a talk page swinging fists.  :) We're all happy to help. • I see you've recreated it; the etiquette here is not to do so. However, since you have, I'd work on expanding it somewhat since it runs the risk of deletion again. Good luck. PMDrive1061 (talk) 23:47, 2 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Dyke Auto Parts, by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Dyke Auto Parts is blatant advertising for a company, product, group, service or person that would require a substantial rewrite in order to become an encyclopedia article.

To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Dyke Auto Parts, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Feel free to contact the bot operator if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot, bearing in mind that this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion; it does not perform any nominations or deletions itself. To see the user who deleted the page, click here CSDWarnBot (talk) 23:50, 2 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Anyone is entitlied to enter an article into Wikipedia; however, it must follow Wikipedia guidelines. The issue with your article is has not established notability for the company. Have you read the section called WP:Notability (organizations and companies? Additionally, I suggest you try to bring your article up to the standards of the articles you mentioned by following the guidelines listed in the links that were provided to you above. Thanks and good luck... ttonyb1 (talk) 00:17, 3 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Notification of automated file description generation[edit]

Your upload of File:Alleghenyschool.jpg or contribution to its description is noted, and thanks (even if belatedly) for your contribution. In order to help make better use of the media, an attempt has been made by an automated process to identify and add certain information to the media's description page.

This notification is placed on your talk page because a bot has identified you either as the uploader of the file, or as a contributor to its metadata. It would be appreciated if you could carefully review the information the bot added. To opt out of these notifications, please follow the instructions here. Thanks!
