Here we go

[edit]

First time doing this so I hope it's right. Anyway, trying to report some 'vandalism' but unable to find out where to do that around here. *List_of_Roman_Emperors page. Clearly wrong images inserted, like bin Laden and Rasputin. The info on those entries have been edited too. I don't know anything about Roman Emperors (thusly why I was looking at the page) so don't feel comfortable editing it myself.

Let's see what happens.

For that sort of vandalism you should feel free to revert it yourself. You can do this by clicking on the history tab up at the top of the page, clicking on the last version before the vandalism, editing it (clicking the edit tab), and saving. This removes all the vandalism edits in one fell swoop, and it's pretty easy to do. I rolled back the vandalism there (which is just an even faster way of doing the same thing) for you, but be bold next time you see any and revert it yourself. Cheers, and happy editing. lifebaka++ 14:57, 7 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

License tagging for Image:Hartmemorialshot.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Hartmemorialshot.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 21:07, 26 October 2006 (UTC)
