Study invitation for anti-vandalism patrollers
Hi @Wikipedialuva, thanks for reverting vandalism! I wonder if you are interested in our ongoing study for anti-vandalism patrollers. The study aims to evaluate AI models that power recent change filters, Huggle, SWViewer, and many other anti-vandalism tools. Your feedback can be really helpful! If you're interested, please check out our recruitment page for more information. Thank you for your consideration! Tzusheng (talk) 02:19, 1 July 2023 (UTC)
Hello. Help improvements. Thanks you. 27.65.26.100 (talk) 07:30, 14 July 2023 (UTC)
- I replied to the user on their talkpage (due to being IP), offered help, and also suggested they visit Teahouse. Wikipedialuva (talk) 07:39, 14 July 2023 (UTC)
- The IP spammed messages like this to 30 or so user talk pages. --Redrose64 🌹 (talk) 18:28, 14 July 2023 (UTC)

Women in Red 8th Anniversary
Women in Red 8th Anniversary | |
In July 2015 around 15.5% of the English Wikipedia's biographies were about women. As of July 2023, 19.61% of the English Wikipedia's biographies are about women. That's a lot of biographies created in the effort to close the gender gap. Happy 8th Anniversary! Join us for some virtual cake and add comments or memories and please keep on editing to close the gap! |

Invitation
Hello Wikipedialuva/Archives/2023!
- The New Pages Patrol is currently struggling to keep up with the influx of new articles needing review. We could use a few extra hands to help.
- We think that someone with your activity and experience is very likely to meet the guidelines for granting.
- Reviewing/patrolling a page doesn't take much time, but it requires a strong understanding of Wikipedia’s CSD policy and notability guidelines.
- Kindly read the tutorial before making your decision, and feel free to post on the project talk page with questions.
- If patrolling new pages is something you'd be willing to help out with, please consider applying here.
Thank you for your consideration. We hope to see you around!

I found a discrepancy greater than the citation needed tag
Hi! I believe you just undid, then deleted your undo of my edit, adding a citation needed tag to a section of the article about the ROC Air Forces.
On the page here; https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Soviet_Volunteer_Group the same claim exists; "The Soviet squadrons were withdrawn after the non-aggression pact between the Soviet Union and Germany in 1939."
Note that unlike in the first article we encountered each other, the link refers to the Soviet-Japanese neutrality pact, while the article test refers to the pact that's probably more well known among English speakers. I suspect that at some point, these articles were written in a way that reflected this, and maybe they even had references to back up this claim, as it would make sense. But I don't really know if I should be changing that without a reference. What do you think? 122.150.92.52 (talk) 10:46, 22 July 2023 (UTC)
- Hi! Yes, I did accidentally revert your edit by pressing a wrong button on software I use to revert vandalism called AntiVandal (although it was my fault for accidentally pressing the wrong button though and I take full responsibility). I restored your edit immediately (within 1 minute) with this edit, so the page currently reflects your edit. I also removed the notice (that is automatically added when I revert an edit) from your userpage with this edit. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or distress this caused.
- Regarding the "Soviet Volunteer Group" article, that statement appears to reference page 28 of a 2007 book entitled "Flying Tigers: Claire Chennault and His American Volunteers, 1941–1942" by Daniel Ford. I do not have access to the book so I cannot confirm or deny whether it actually supported. If you feel this is inaccurate, or you have conflicting sources, I think your best course of action is to start a discussion on the article's talkpage on how to best address this. You might also look at some of the inline templates available to see if these are applicable. Thanks! Wikipedialuva (talk) 11:10, 22 July 2023 (UTC)
- May I ask if this response was guided by any kind of AI? 122.150.92.52 (talk) 13:50, 22 July 2023 (UTC)
- No, AI was not used to write my response. Wikipedialuva (talk) 21:00, 22 July 2023 (UTC)
