India has nothing to do with this. Please read the Wikipedia policy on speedy deletion WP:A7. But if you have concerns on the article there are other sources like taking it to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion which will allow more editors to look into the article and if your points are valid then well maybe (I personally doubt) the article will be deleted or merged.
