Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia. However, please do not add promotional material to articles or other Wikipedia pages, as you did to Talk:Free content. Advertising and using Wikipedia as a "soapbox" is strongly discouraged. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about Wikipedia. Thank you. MrOllie (talk) 15:14, 24 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not add promotional material to Wikipedia, as you did to Wikipedia talk:Main namespace. While objective prose about products or services is acceptable, Wikipedia is not intended to be a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Thank you.--Fuhghettaboutit (talk) 18:30, 24 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

User name

[edit]

First, I should let you know that I have indefinitely blocked your user account, since it is the name of your product. I have not yet prevented you starting a new account in a different and more suitable name, which is what I suggest you do. You can continue to edit this talk page for the time being.

I have also protected the article space for Yearbook Alive. I am not prepared to unprotect the article, since your argument was that it was created by someone who shouldn't have done but its history shows it was created by you. If you genuinely wish to create a neutral article

  1. set up an account under a less contentious user name
  2. create a subpage [[User:newname/sandbox]]
  3. write the new version there and let me know with a link to the subpage
