I don't understand why you removed the "mouseover" text. That text appears when one hovers the mouse over the image and is useful content. I restored that content. See Wikipedia:Extended image syntax#Brief syntax, specifically the "Caption" subsection. Thank you Jim1138 (talk) 07:05, 20 July 2018 (UTC)
