Urak Valley and Urak Gate

[edit]

Hello Zakirchum! I've been admiring the images you have added to Wali Tangi Dam - that's a beautiful part of the world, I should like to go there some day. You're doing a good job, those pictures really add to the article.

Concerning Urak Gate, could you please add a little more context to that article? It's hard for me, at least, to understand quite what the subject is. Is Urak Gate simply the name of the end of the Urak valley? And is there enough material about the Gate to justify a whole article - since the Urak article is still quite short, perhaps it would be possible to include information about Urak Gate there? This is just my suggestion, you understand - obviously, you are better placed to judge this. Also, are there any sources you could add to the articles? All Wikipedia articles need to have reliable sources verifying the information in them. Thank you for contributing these articles! Best regards, --bonadea contributions talk 13:21, 14 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hello I do understand I am replying after almost 10 years. Urak valley is a small village and there no much available online for the authenticity of Urak Gate. This is the gate to the mountains where people will need to proof approval of their entry to visit Zarghoon mountains. If you need further details please feel free to write to myself and I would be happy to provide further information with some source too if I could Please stay safe and have a great day Regards Zakir Zakir Rasheed Kakar (talk) 23:23, 6 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Urak Gate requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button that looks like this: which appears inside of the speedy deletion ({{db-...}}) tag (if no such tag exists, the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate). Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. France3470 (talk) 16:23, 14 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The article Mirwais Nejrabi has been proposed for deletion because under Wikipedia policy, all biographies of living persons created after March 18, 2010, must have at least one source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't take offense. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Wikipedia:Referencing for beginners or ask at Wikipedia:Help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. ttonyb (talk) 15:23, 14 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Afghanai (disambiguation) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G14 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an orphaned disambiguation page which either

  • disambiguates only one extant Wikipedia page and whose title ends in "(disambiguation)" (i.e., there is a primary topic);
  • disambiguates zero extant Wikipedia pages, regardless of its title; or
  • is a redirect with a title ending in "(disambiguation)" that does not target a disambiguation page or page that has a disambiguation-like function.

Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such pages may be deleted at any time. Please see the disambiguation page guidelines for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Recent edit reversion

[edit]

In this edit here, I reverted some information that appears to be a violation of our copyright policy.

I provided a brief summary of the problem in the edit summary, which should be visible just below my name. You can also click on the "view history" tab in the article to see the recent history of the article. This should be an edit with my name, and a parenthetical comment explaining why your edit was reverted. If that information is not sufficient to explain the situation, please ask.S Philbrick(Talk) 23:02, 6 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
