Hi. So I 6-7 years ago I did some cringey stuff as an 11-year old and got blocked. I won't do that again, and I plan on making productive contributions in wikipedia from now on, as an EE student and Maths lover. And I am writing this from a sockpuppet account because I am unable to access my original one (Zark84010). I don't remember my password and when I click on Forgot Password, I get redirected to a page which says that I am "currently unable to edit Wikipedia" due to a block (which seems completely unrelated to this one, and I don't recall doing anything later which should need a block). The link which is supposed to be my user talk page redirects me to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:2405:204:111B:2E41:94FE:6EC7:77B9:C049 (you can see that I mistakenly made an unblock request there because I mistakenly thought that that account was Zark84010). Procedural decline only. Unblock requests must be made while logged in to the account. Accounts cannot be deleted, for both technical and legal reasons. Since it's been so long, you could probably have just used your other account as a clean start.
