Curto lost twice to IBF Champion Chong-Pal Park. The first bout was a very disputed decision in South Korea and then a stoppage loss with just seconds left.[2]

On September 20, 1996, Curto won the World Boxing Federation Super Cruiserweight Title in Lincoln, Nebraska.[3]

Acting career

Curto has made various film and television appearances. He made his on-screen debut on November 9, 1984, when he appeared on the first season of Miami Vice in Episode 7 entitled No Exit. He played a bodyguard for Tony Amato, played by Bruce Willis.
