Have you read the AMA FAQ?

  • Answer:YES

How would you describe the nature of this dispute? (policy violation, content dispute, personal attack, other)

  • Answer:Personal attack

What methods of Dispute Resolution have you tried so far? If you can, please provide wikilinks so that the Advocate looking over this case can see what you have done.

  • Answer:Posted on user talk page. In the case of challenging the speedy deletion which I believe to be improper, I have posted on the Administrator talk page and in the requests for deletion review.

What do you expect to get from Advocacy?

  • Answer:Ban the user Bob Wilson, Review what I feel to be the improper Speedy Deletion of Ecourier article (currently under review)

Summary:

[edit]

Two issues. First, the user Bob Wilson defaced the Ecourier article (see his talk page for details). Now, he has just written an attack message on my talk page. These things speak for themselves and he has already been warned about his behaviour. A second, semi-related issue concerns the deletion review of Ecourier. I believe (as you can see on the page) that this article was deleted prematurely and that the administrator in question acted in error. He is at the time of this writing refusing to entertain any debate on the question which I believe to be improper. I am requesting an advocate to help me deal with these two situations. Thank you in advance for your time.

Hello, i will be your advocate. To help you better i need a little more info.

  1. What was the reason for the Speedy Delete and who was the admin?

if you can deal with the reasons for deletion, or dealt with them. then you can file a Wikipedia:Deletion Review. As to the attack, going to WP:AN personal attack noticeboard should result in a sysop taking care of the attacker. Geo. 19:57, 15 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
