Topic starting 6 March 2006
There are plenty of good suggestions below. I would like to continue the variety we have had so far and look at something totally different to the three we've worked on so far. My favoured options are:
- Magicians
- African countries

- Of those two I'd prefer African countries... it's always interesting to read about those. I think we should do biographical articles soon too though. -DMurphy 23:30, 3 March 2006 (UTC)

- Hold the bus!!!! You give two options out of all those options down there & one person says he likes one of them & you say "Lets go with that one"? That's corruption in its simplest form! You need a more general consensus, like messaging everyone who placed a comment here & telling them about it! Two people can't make the decision alone! It's not virtuous! - Sorry but there is no such decision process yet. Yes, there may be one in the future but right now I'm just going by what I think is best for the project. There are three people that seem to think that African countries is a good topic (Quadell suggested it) leaving MacGyverMagic as the only major contributor to this page that hasn't commented on the choice. violet/riga (t) 22:01, 4 March 2006 (UTC)

Week 3: 1980s comedy films
[edit]We could have a film genre topic (comedies, etc.) but that could become too wide. Perhaps "1980s comedy films"? violet/riga (t) 23:47, 19 February 2006 (UTC)
- I actually think that this would be a good topic - might generate quite a bit of interest. A restriction could be that only one film from a series (ie. Police Academy 3) is allowed to be submitted. violet/riga (t) 20:46, 20 February 2006 (UTC)
- As a film buff, this would be a lot of fun, and pretty easy to evaluate since film articles tend to be fairly cookie-cutter. --DMurphy 04:14, 21 February 2006 (UTC)
