I am nominating this for featured list because it is complete and referenced, and it is modeled after the FL Academy Award for Best Director. - Repetitive information in the lead, you already told readers it is an annual award and no need for an additional reminder in the fourth sentence. A note would suffice for the years the award was not given out.
