Well here it is...the NWA Mid-Atlantic Heavyweight Championship. This is one of the oldest championship lists that have come here recently and one that is no longer in existence, so it was interesting to expand and should be an interesting read. Now bear with me, this took a lot of hard work to expand, and because the Jim Crockett Promotions is no longer in existence, I was limited in resources. So luckily I found the Mid-Atlantic Gateway which keeps records of all the titles and history of the company through research in newspapers, old advertisements, and other reliable party sources, which is verifiable and not speculation, so it should come across as a reliable source.     - Because there is no article about the NWA United States Tag Team Championship, and the dab states that it was a name of a championship used in various variations, which is why the article states version of the NWA United States Tag Team Championship since there were many versions of it, the dab page just lists those that we know of and it states that it is a name of various titles=intended target.--Truco ₅₀₃ 23:43, 4 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Barry Windham worked as Krusher Kruschev? That's wrong, they defeated Koloff and Kruschev so the Krusher note should just be removed.
"and handed it to Crockett, Jr.", I'd use "belt" instead of "it" since that's the physical representation of the championship.
"The title was deactivated afterwards for unknown reasons by Crockett, Jr., and eventually, JCP was sold to Ted Turner in 1988.[3]" may I suggest "Jim Crockett, Jr. deactivated the championship for unknown reason, and eventually JCP..."
"Their prime championship, called the MACW Heavyweight Championship,[4] as a result, has no connection to this original JCP/MACW championship." I'd move "As a result" up first in the sentence.
"in arenas or television studios" As opposed to?

Table

With Pat O'Conners' title reign being fictious would it make sense to actually not give it a number and start with 1 for the Misouri Mauler? Just wondering.

The thing is, he is credited as actually being the champion, who are we to say he wasn't? If JCP said he was champion, then that's what he was. Just because it was a storyline reign, doesn't mean we shouldn't add it.--Truco ₅₀₃ 16:03, 2 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I think that it'd look better if all the numbers in the second # column were on the same line and not underneath each other.

N/A shouldn't sort by "N" but be either first or last in the sort order, I've done it by using {{sort|-|N/A}} to get it to sort as "missing data" and not data called "N/A"
Black Bart sorts by "Bart", but that's not his last name, should sort by "Black", it's not a "first name" "last name" name but more of a title
Iron Sheik should sort by "Iron" not "Sheik", as above.
Johnny Valentine's 1st reign sorts like it's between 66 and 69 days but the note states 402 days

Combined reigns

I've been told that "The exact length of at least one title reign is uncertain, the shortest possible length is used." should be "The exact length of at least one title reign is uncertain, so the shortest possible length is used." instead.
Sorting as above.
The ordering of the tied reigns, in each case it's got a confirmed length and a "minimum length", I'd put the one with the potential to be longer as the first one, so Koloff before Brunzell and Slater before Atlas.

Footnotes

#1, should be "on which" not "In which"
Notes 4, 5, 7, 8, 10, 11 and 13 should all be worded "The exact date on which"
