Indian football

Indian Super League says The competition would also expand by two teams and continue to operate without promotion and relegation,as stated earlier due to the 15 crore attraction of the FSDL each year, but run for 5–7 months instead of 2–3. What is the 15 crore attraction? Does this mean that the matches attracted 15 crore people? The cited source doesn't mention this issue. When this phrase was added, the article mentioned an annual franchise fee of 15 crore rupees, but I wonder if this is somehow unrelated: "attraction" doesn't make sense for the fee unless I'm missing something, and if they promoted and relegated clubs, they'd end up with the same number of clubs (10), and they'd still have franchise fees of 150 crore rupees. A crore is ten million. 15 crore is therefore 150,000,000. This seems unlikely attendance for football matches in India. 151.225.18.171 (talk) 12:10, 11 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
The reference in the article does not contain the 15 crore number. Rmhermen (talk) 16:15, 11 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
