Are there any famous athletes from the Special Olympics that have written any memoirs?[edit]
I would love to read a memoir on that subject. 204.239.8.205 (talk) 20:49, 23 September 2019 (UTC)
- Funny, I would have thought there would be tons, but a few simple searches on special olympics memoir and special olympics autobiography don't turn up much. However, if your interest includes Paralympians, there is Jessica Long's Unsinkable: From Russian Orphan to Paralympic Swimming World Champion. And, of course, Oscar Pistorius' Blade Runner: My Story. Matt Deres (talk) 21:36, 24 September 2019 (UTC)
- I found this which may be along the lines of what you are looking for. --Jayron32 13:50, 25 September 2019 (UTC)
- Tanni Grey-Thompson has an auto-biography "Seize the Day". MilborneOne (talk) 15:53, 26 September 2019 (UTC)
