[edit]16:15:47, 27 July 2014 review of submission by Alan.jones.ski
[edit]
The reason that there is overlap between my article on Alfred Edward Rodewald and the Rodewald Concert Society web site is that the Webmaster and Chairman of the Rodewald Concert Society, Dr Peter Dangerfield, used information provided by me as I am the one who has done the most research into the Rodewald Concert Society Archives. It is therefore inevitable that there will be some duplication. How do I proceed in these circumstances? Alan Jones, Honorary Secretary, Rodewald Concert Society. Alan.jones.ski (talk) 16:15, 27 July 2014 (UTC)
- Hi Alan, it looks like the webmaster has claimed copyright for the information on http://rcs.merseyworld.com/Archives.htm so you probably need to take up the issue with him. Bear in mind too that we can't accept original research from archives and unpublished documents, so you'd need to find sources for your Wikipedia article that are published, reliable and independent of the Society. You'll need to cite multiple news/book sources to prove the Society is notable enough for Wikipedia. Your best bet may be to go back to basics. Sionk (talk) 23:46, 27 July 2014 (UTC)
20:30:34, 27 July 2014 review of draft by Rgeilfuss
[edit]
I have just tried to submit two pages to review, yet after pushing the "save page" button at bottom of the page, I see at top the comment, as before, "Draft article not currently submitted for review," though at bottom it newly states, "Review waiting." What am I to make of this contradiction?

- Looks like someone has cleaned up the page and solved the contradiction! Sionk (talk) 23:49, 27 July 2014 (UTC)
