@Dele at Zoe: Hello, and welcome to the Help Desk! I declined your draft because it did not show why the company was suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia. (This is known as "notability".) In order to be considered for acceptance, such articles require a variety of high-quality references from reliable sources, and the coverage therein should be significant and in-depth. At the time of submission, one reference was to the company's own website, meaning it is not an independent source of information and thus does not help show notability. Keep in mind that the references you cite should be about Zoe Records, not by Zoe Records.
I see you have added some new references to the draft. Can you provide some more information about them so that future reviewers and readers can track them down? The type of bibliographic information needed includes date of publication, author, magazine, page number, publishing house and the like. Then we can find those sources and assess them. Any help would be much appreciated to make this draft about Carlos Miranda acceptable. The first two paragraphs do not have inline citations. Is this why the draft has been rejected? Hi, User:Jesus Rey-Joly. I just had a look at the draft. I clicked through on some of the references and there are some problems. If you haven't already done so, go read wp:rs which is the page about "reliable sources." You've used some sources that don't meet the criteria there. For example, the svrproducciones source is a sales site, and that is not a reliable source. I know that you were intending to link to proof that the album exists, but in this case it's best not. The "list of students by teacher" and the Zoominfo entry also should be removed. If you would like, I could go through and edit out the sources that shouldnt' be there, then we could see where the gaps are. I think we can make this work.
