Request on 01:01:53, 5 June 2021 for assistance on AfC submission by 108.41.166.38

[edit]

What’s wrong with it?

It’s got a ton of citations by a ton of news organizations.

108.41.166.38 (talk) 01:01, 5 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

In order (guide):
  1. We can't use https://spotnews.tv/ (Website homepage) and even if it weren't a website homepage it would be useless for notability (connexion to subject).
  2. https://www.newsweek.com/multiple-protesters-hit-vehicle-during-manhattan-blm-demonstration-1554261 is useless for notability (too sparse). Name-drop/attribution.
  3. https://wabcradio.com/2020/08/17/police-arrest-man-for-shooting-at-grand-central/ is useless for notability (too sparse). Tweet. (The caption is irrelevant.)
  4. We can't use https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-8607321/BLM-protest-organizer-surrenders-NYPD-officers-failed-arrest-six-hour-stand-off.html (Deprecated). See this and this for more information.
  5. https://pix11.com/news/local-news/manhattan/black-lives-matter-mural-in-front-of-trump-tower-vandalized-for-3rd-time-by-same-woman-nypd-says/ is useless for notability (non sequitur). Image captions are irrelevant.
  6. We can't use https://nypost.com/2021/01/21/woman-likely-strangled-inside-nyc-apartment/ (deprecated). See this for more details.
  7. https://thegrio.com/2020/08/08/new-york-protester-surrenders-to-nypd/ is useless for notability (Too sparse). Tweet.
  8. We can't use https://www.audacy.com/1010wins/articles/driver-crashes-into-building-lobby-in-east-harlem (Too sparse). Extremely short article, the bulk of which is a spotnews tweet.
  9. https://www.theblaze.com/news/antifa-nyc-republican-club-vandalism is useless for notability (too sparse). Tweet from Spotnews. Image captions are irrelevant.
  10. We can't use https://spotnewsgetpaid.com/ (Connexion to subject).
None of your sources are even remotely usable. —A little blue Bori v^_^v Jéské Couriano 02:23, 5 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I'm requesting help because I don't understand how to satisfy your requirements. Can you pls provide some guidance or example or something? Claudio.andre.neto.77 (talk) 12:15, 5 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Notability is judged by looking at the depth of coverage in independent, reliable, secondary sources, we have no interest in what you want to say about yourself. Your draft has nothing to indicate that you would pass the notability) criteria. Theroadislong (talk) 14:29, 5 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Please MI that what I have to do to get it approved in Wikipedia please tell on rules that I haven't done yet ShubhDH311 (talk) 14:21, 5 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

You will need to wait until you are notable in Wikipedia terms, and then wait some more until somebody unconnected with you decides to write an article about you. Theroadislong (talk) 14:25, 5 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

i provided references but my draft is being rejected for a review. and please make your process a little bit simple its too complicated to understand anything. TROJAN AGAMEMNON (talk) 18:31, 5 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

You provided links to their website NOT references, creating an article on Wikipedia is the most difficult task. See your first article. Theroadislong (talk) 18:38, 5 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, I have provided direct industry sources such as Hollywood Reporter, Variety, And Deadline (these are the most reliable trade articles) and news sources such as Arkansas Times. I do not understand why they are not listed as reliable especially pertaining to the entertainment industry. What do you perceive as reliable sources/trades for that specific industry to accept this. Please advise </ref>

Your draft Draft:Sasha Yelaun has no references at all? Theroadislong (talk) 21:41, 5 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
