Oppose
[edit]- It already exists. 65.93.14.196 (talk) 05:02, 14 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
- I agree. First expand the task force, then come back. WikiCopter (t • c • g • simple • commons • lost • cvu • onau) 05:21, 14 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
- per kirill and ip65 Fifelfoo_m (talk) 05:43, 14 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
- Oppose. There's already a U.S. Military task force at WP:MILHIST, no need for duplication. - The Bushranger One ping only 05:55, 14 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
- Per the above - you'll be very welcome at WP:USMIL though. EyeSerenetalk 10:29, 14 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
- Oppose per above. We already have a task force at MILHIST that covers U.S. Military articles. JJ98 (Talk) 03:10, 24 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Discussion
[edit]- No, this does not exist. The task force listed above deals only with history. This would deal with history, but also stuff like forts, bases, generals, etc. - Talk to you later, Presidentman (talk) Random Picture of the Day (Talkback) 13:11, 7 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
- Actually, the task force does indeed cover all of those topics; you can check the lists on the task force page for a cross-section of the coverage. (In general, WP:MILHIST uses "military history" in the inclusive sense; that is, it covers both current and historical military affairs.) Kirill [talk] [prof] 16:07, 10 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
