Procedural close. The requested page to be renamed is a redirect, so this was a malformed request. A redirect from the requested target title has been created. (nac by page mover) Paine Ellsworth, ed. put'r there 00:15, 16 April 2019 (UTC)
It was proposed in this section that Wikipedia:TOMFOOLERY be renamed and moved to WP:EDITWARFOOLERY.

Wikipedia:TOMFOOLERY → WP:EDITWARFOOLERY – Needs to be more specific for a redirect to the tomfoolery section of the 2019 April Fools Day page, but can not move due to the title being blacklisted. If you want to know why I chose this title, see this page. InvalidOStalk 11:36, 15 April 2019 (UTC)

- I don't see why this is posted here, Wikipedia:TOMFOOLERY is not protected, but I do not see the purpose of a move either. Sam Sailor 16:28, 15 April 2019 (UTC)
