All Ireland Senior Hurling Championship Finals pre WWII
Are there any sources for pre World War 2 All-Ireland Senior Hurling Championship Finals? An example would be 1931 All-Ireland Senior Hurling Championship Final. Also there doesn't appear to be any starting line ups pre WWII. (78.17.89.207 (talk) 18:43, 4 July 2019 (UTC))
5-in-a-row
Do you think the 5-in-a-row deserves its own article? I was thinking that it could feature the 4-in-a-rows -Wexford, Kerryx2 and then Dublin. Perhaps a list of any 3-in-a-rows? I have a lot of info on the Wexford one. The 2nd Kerry one and the Dublin achievement will be well documented. I don’t know much about the first Kerry one. What would the article name be? A link to a DAB page
O'Dwyers GAA mentions a Kells Tournament for football in the 1920s. It was an inter-county event, and it is unclear which Kells this was. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance, Narky Blert (talk) 14:33, 15 September 2019 (UTC)
Request for information on WP1.0 web tool
Hello and greetings from the maintainers of the WP 1.0 Bot! As you may or may not know, we are currently involved in an overhaul of the bot, in order to make it more modern and maintainable. As part of this process, we will be rewriting the web tool that is part of the project. You might have noticed this tool if you click through the links on the project assessment summary tables.
We'd like to collect information on how the current tool is used by....you! How do you yourself and the other maintainers of your project use the web tool? Which of its features do you need? How frequently do you use these features? And what features is the tool missing that would be useful to you? We have collected all of these questions at this Google form where you can leave your response. Walkerma (talk) 04:24, 27 October 2019 (UTC)
Jim Gavin
Gavin's article currently sits a Jim Gavin (footballer), but I'd suggest his managerial career has totally outshone any success he had as a footballer. I wonder if it would be more appropriate to move it to Jim Gavin (GAA)? Whadya all think? Fob.schools (talk) 13:54, 2 December 2019 (UTC)
- Change of plan. There is a requested move that editors may be interested in. Fob.schools (talk) 09:58, 5 December 2019 (UTC)
