William Anthony Blalock (born September 8, 1983) is an American professional basketball player who last played for the Saint John Mill Rats of the National Basketball League of Canada.

College

Blalock attended Iowa State University, and played for the Cyclones from 2003 to 2006, declaring for the NBA Draft after his junior year.

Professional

He was selected by the Detroit Pistons in the second round with the last pick (60th overall) in the 2006 NBA Draft. In the 2006–07 NBA season, he played in 23 games and averaged 11.9 MPG, 1.8 PPG, 1.1 RPG, and 1.2 APG.[1]

Blalock has also played professionally in Israel (Hapoel Jerusalem) and Germany (Artland Dragons). In 2010, he signed with the Townsville Crocodiles for the 2010–11 season.

In October 2011, it was announced that Blalock would be playing for the Saint John Mill Rats in the National Basketball League of Canada's inaugural season.[2] He left in December 2011.

Prior to the 2013–14 NBL Canada season, Blalock rejoined the Saint John Mill Rats.[3]
