Yazali is a small village located in the coastal Guntur District of Andhra Pradesh, India. The population in 2001 was 3,103.[citation needed]

Geography

Yazali is located at Latitude 15.9044 Longitude 80.4675.[1] It has an average elevation of 5 metres (16 feet).

Demographics

As of 2001 India census,Yazali had a population of 3,103. Males constituted 51% of the population and females 49%. Yazali has an average literacy rate of 23%, lower than the national average of 59.5%; with 35% of the males and 15% of females literate. 10% of the population is under 6 years of age.[2] The majority occupation of the village is agriculture.[citation needed]
