Zurab Aleksandrovich Sakandelidze (Georgian: ზურაბ საკანდელიძე; Russian: Зураб Александрович Саканделидзе; born August 9, 1945 in Kutaisi – January 25, 2004 in Tbilisi) was a Georgian basketball player who won gold with the Soviet basketball team in Basketball at the 1972 Summer Olympics. He trained at Dynamo club in Tbilisi.
