Request reason:

I've used this same username across all internet platforms I've participate on for the last 5 years. This is the only website that seems to have a problem with it. I've also verified this account using my Gmail account which is my real first name/last name. I was also in the middle of translating a Wikipedia article from jp.wikipedia before I was blocked.

Decline reason:

If this is the only site that has a problem with your username, then this is the only site you will need to change it on.
