Tammie, Welcome to WIkipedia. If there is information that needs corrected within your article, please leave a note on the talk page. Policy WP:AUTO#IFEXIST strongly discourages editing an entry on yourself. Please also note that information such as the "acting career" section is verifiable and therefore has a right to exist on the page. Thanks, and have a great day!! Welcome[edit]

Hello, Tammie.souza, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions.

I notice that you edited the article about yourself to remove information, which is a conflict of interest. In other words, you may find it difficult to write about yourself in a neutral and objective way. Your recent contributions have already been reverted for this very reason. Wikipedia biography articles do need to be written very carefully to adhere to our policy on biographies of living people, but please note that the subject of the article does not own the article about them. You should explain any concerns you have on the talk page of the article, and please take care not to edit war.

If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the New contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{helpme}} on your user page, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Here are a few other good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you have any questions, check out Wikipedia:Where to ask a question or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome! Fences&Windows 01:44, 30 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Your article[edit]

You may wish to try the BLP Noticeboard if you have concerns about your article (BLP = Biography of Living Persons). If there have been edits that are defamatory or otherwise harmful, that is something that is taken seriously around here. (I'm not familiar with the issues here, but that might be a place to go if you have recurring problems). --Bfigura (talk) 03:56, 13 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

November 2009[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. The recent edit that you made to the page Tammie Souza has been reverted, as it appears to be unconstructive. Please use the sandbox for testing any edits; if you believe the edit was constructive, please ensure that you provide an informative edit summary. You may also wish to read the introduction to editing for further information. Thank you. 4twenty42o (talk) 04:49, 13 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

  • Further to the above - if you want specific information removed/amended, I would suggest that you discuss it at the article's talk page.
Generally, personal information for which there is no sourcing is easy to remove - however, if there are reliable sources about you, they would generally be kept. From what I can see, you seem to want to remove information about your family - as long as they are not notable in their own right, there is no reason for them to be in the article (perhaps in the form "Souza has one son", or whatever, but no more details are required). However, if information about you is available in reliable sources, then it is very unlikely that this would be removed.
Again, my recommendation is that you discuss this on the article's talk page (linked to above). -- PhantomSteve (Contact Me, My Contribs) 15:17, 13 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
A couple of problems pop up here.
While Wikipedia's policies generally respect requests to limit personal information (e.g., her son's name and specific birth date), general information, covered in independent reliable sources is certainly of some interest. So, this personal interest story from 2018, perhaps intended to humanize a newly local person of interest, puts a good deal of info out in the public eye.
Next is on-going attempts to remove several basic facts, disguised as a request for personal privacy. Repeated removal of the info on the films under three accounts, sometimes with disingenuous edit summaries, makes it difficult to see attempts to dump the entire article with claims of privacy of family information hard to swallow.
With all of this in mind -- and in absence of any other obvious problems -- I see only two ways forward for the subject. Discussing the issue(s) on the talk page, specifically requesting specific changes is one. The second would be a request for deletion of the article through the AfD process. - SummerPhDv2.0 19:03, 12 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion request[edit]

You have requested deletion of the article Tammie Souza under criteria G7.

I am removing the request as G7 clearly does not apply.

G7 specifies, "If requested in good faith and provided that the only substantial content of the page was added by its author. For redirects created as a result of a page move, the mover must also have been the only substantive contributor to .the pages before the move."

The article's history shows that you are not the original author of the article. Additionally, you are not the only contributor of substantial content.

If you believe the article should be deleted based on Wikipedia's notability criteria or other reasons, you will need to take the article through the Articles for Deletion process. - SummerPhDv2.0 17:19, 12 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
