- I work with images regularly, though I upload the majority of my image to Commons as they are freely licenced. - User in question demonstrates ability to construct FURs, uses proper image names, has a good deal of experiance in files. Would advise him that non-free images do not have to be as small as he makes them, 400x400px is perfectly fine, although user's going lower than that isn't against policy at all. - I've added quite a few images to Wikipedia, and work particularly with the WikiProject Connecticut to improve articles with pictures (having held a couple of contests as "drives" to do so). - User knows how to formulate FURs properly, uses proper image names, and my inspection of the user's uploads and user talk page yield nothing disturbing. While the user has very limited experience in dealing with files he has not uploaded himself, he still has a good level of experience with files from his own substantial number of uploads. - I recommend that the patrolling admin denies this request. They have had minimal file experience (20 edits) and the little experience they have had appears to be breaking the NFC criteria by increasing the size of NFC or expanding galleries of NFC --Guerillero | My Talk 06:30, 25 June 2011 (UTC)
