Kakazai (Template:Lang-ps; Template:Lang-fa), also known as Loye Mamund (Template:Lang-ps), a division of Mamund (Template:Lang-ps) clan, who are part of the larger Tarkani (Template:Lang-ps; English: Tarkani, Tarkalani, Tarkanri) Pashtun (Template:Lang-ps) tribe mainly settled in Bajaur Agency, Pakistan, but originally hailed from the Laghman province (Template:Lang-ps) of Afghanistan. However, it has grown and scattered around to such an extent that it is recognized as tribe of its own.
