The Los Angeles Air Defense Region is an inactive United States Air Force unit. Its last assignment was with the Fourth Air Force, stationed in San Francisco, California It was inactivated on 31 August 1945

Provided air defense for the Los Angeles area. Also trained fighter groups and personnel.
