With one exception, all the cited sources refer to him as Arie Gluck.
According to the Financial Times article, he called himself Arie Gill solely for the 1952 Olympics because the president of Israel wanted all the team members to adopt pure Hebrew surnames. He chose "Gill" and competed as Arie Gill. The only use of Gill or Gill-Glick is in the unofficial site that reported his Olympic performance under the surname surname "Gill-Glick". No source refers to him as "Aryeh", although that name is another transliteration of his Hebrew given name.
In addition, the name in the lede should match the article's title.
