Caption re-arrangement[edit]

Is this the Winter Garden?

I have removed the long caption "Volunteers showing up...", as this doesn't describe the picture very well. Although, there are some people in the foreground, I don't think it is important for the reader to be told who they are. I have instead moved the "nickname" text "The Wintergarden Lobby" down to be the caption. From the building's website, I think that is a better description of what the picture shows.
