Dragon Blade (film) → Dragon Blade – Primary topic, big-budget film, international cast and release. The video game has a different title and the disambiguation can be resolved by a hatnote. Compare Google search statistics: "Dragon Blade" chan -wrath = 548,000; "Dragon Blade" wrath -chan = 64,600. Film definitely more primary in usage. Timmyshin (talk) 20:29, 22 February 2015 (UTC)

Languages listed in infobox

At Wikipedia's language RefDesk I raised the question of "White Indians" being listed as one of the film's languages. Apparently in the film the characters are supposed to be a branch of the Xirong, but the language actually heard in the film's soundtrack is Uighur. Mathew5000 (talk) 02:19, 9 August 2016 (UTC)

Though this discussion doesn't seem to have garnered much attention, I believe that per Template:Infobox film, only the primary language should be listed in the language field. That is why I retained only Mandarin in the language field because I think English may not have been spoken as much, and there would anyway be a dubbed English version (but you can't list dubbed languages in the infobox). Actually beg to differ, I would count this film as effectively bilingual. A significant portion of the film is in English, and not just a few lines. In fact, the key "rallying speech" delivered by the main character to the united army was in English (though "broken" - to reflect that its not his natural language). There were other languages spoken between the different "tribes", but those were really throwaway lines which amount to less than a handful. Reviews generally classify it as a bilingual film . As per the instructions of the above-linked template, "Only in rare cases of clearly bilingual or multilingual films, enter separate entries with {{unbulleted list}}". I guess this film would therefore classify as one of those "rare cases". Still, this review indicates there is a dubbed-English version. On an unrelated note, I believe that despite the abundance of English dialogue, the English-speaking audiences will still treat it as a "foreign film", given that it was not produced by the US. "Based on actual events"

In the text intro to the version I just watched --- 6 February 2018 on the SyFy network with a listed run time of 103 minutes --- it's stated that the film is based on actual events. Yet, other than a passing 'nod' in the article's intro paragraph of a "historical action film," there is nothing in the article about what events these are.

Why not?

Other film articles in which the film is "based on" something tend to either mention that something or have a section on how the film is or is not historically accurate.

Why not here?
