Where does the name Ady Gil comes from? cf. " Gil claims ...", "According to Gil, etc.

In the lower part of the article, it is as if there is a person named "Gil" who's linked to the boat, like a main sponsor buying the earthrace from Pete and donating it to the seashepherd organisation? Thy --SvenAERTS (talk) 10:54, 6 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Date appropriate sources for 2008 record

Can we get some sources for the 2008 record that are actually after the event not before. There are sources from 2006 and 2007 (both popular mechanics) being used as sources for it. 124.169.149.169 (talk) 07:54, 21 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
