Tense[edit]

As of 2015, this article describes the Dam in the future tense, but it is built already. Someone needs to update the article to describe the construction of the Dam in past tense, based on current information, not on what was projected. - Ben (talk) 16:39, 14 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
