Yellowglen Stakes → Linlithgow Stakes – In 2012–13 Yellowglen Stakes was used as the name. But in 2014 the Victoria Racing Club decided to run the race as the tab.com.au Stakes. Since the race has had several name changes the article should revert to the registered race name. An article exists under that name but it is a redirect. Support this move. Registered titles are generally preferable to sponsored titles, to avoid frequent name changes. A redirect from the current sponsored title needs to be put in place if a move is made. --Bcp67 (talk) 06:13, 28 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Sure. For the article List of Australian Group races there is a general reference link to the Australian Racing Board, the governing body which regulates grading of events in Australia, there is an excel spreadsheet which has a list of all Group and Listed events. Spreadsheet of Australian 2014–15 Black Type Races. The last column of the spreadsheet is the Registered race name. For the Linlithgow Stakes, which is held on 1 November 2014 the supposed event name is Seppelts Salinger Stakes. However, that race name has not been used since 2011. For 2014 it will be run as Acceptors for the tab.com.au Stakes - Flemington Race 9 - Not the name of the WP article Yellowglen Stakes.
Secondly, here is another reference to a site which has some historical information of the race results. Breednet repository has a database of results. In the selection list of Group 2 events there is a selection for VRC Linlithgow Stakes. If you select it you will get the results since 1983 and then you will see the race names that have been used.
