Smallchief, the bibliographic information for O'Connor 2012 is already present in the article, in the sources section. Your introduction of it a second time is placing the article in Category:Harv and Sfn multiple-target errors, since the short footnotes now don't know which entry to link to. There are several possible ways to fix this error:
Undo your most recent edit, so that all of the short footnotes link to the entry in the sources list,
Remove the entry in the sources list, so that all of the short footnotes link to the first long-form reference that mentions the source,
Mark one of the citation templates (either the one in the sources list or the first long-form reference) with ref=none, to stop it generating the reference anchor, or
Convert all of the O'Connor 2012 footnotes to long-form references.
I would suggest that options 1 or 3 are the best, but I leave the choice up to you. Best, Wham2001 (talk) 09:24, 9 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for the fix! Short footnotes are great when they work but baffling when they don't, in my experience - most of my (rather limited) editing at the moment is tidying up problems with them.
