Karen Filippelli[edit]

Shouldn't Karen Filippelli have her own character page? She was a major character during the third season and made several other appearances later. Just a thought. Fiscus Brady!! (talk) 19:11 September 16, 2020 UTC

BJ Novak[edit]

BJ’s not a ‘main role’ for several seasons of the show. His producer status doesn’t determine his objective role as a character within the show itself and his screen time ranks far lower than the other main roles on the show. He has the 10th most spoken lines of dialogue. At the very least, this table is flawed. 2600:8801:2C87:1D00:7DD7:1FB8:752C:C16C (talk) 07:49, 4 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

It is going by how he was credited on screen. He was credited in the opening credits in all but the final season. It is true his screen time doesn't justify this, but it is how he was credited.

Kelly Erin Hannon isn't on the list (fixed (no typos))[edit]

Kelly Erin Hannon is the replacement for pam (after kevin) when pam leaves to Michael Scott Paper Company. Her first apperance is in S5 E23. I don't know a lot about her because i've only recently started watching the office and as im writing this i'm watching S5 E23, but i do know that kelly kapoor is using every mention of kelly erin hannon as a mention of herself. EG: Charles would call in Kelly Hannon and Kelly Kapoor would go in instead, shortly followed by kelly hannon. Please add her, I feel like there are a lot of missing people on this list. 81.109.243.88 (talk) 13:54, 16 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I believe it's because she has her own page at Erin Hannon. She is listed in the table at List of The Office (American TV series) characters#Regular cast, but the summaries below that are supposed to be for people without their own article. However, it's not entirely consistent as articles get added and deleted occasionally. CWenger (^@) 15:49, 16 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Regular cast should have articles of their own rather than summaries[edit]

Most of the regular cast that appear very much (Stanley, Phyllis, Creed, and Darryl) have summaries rather than articles, we should get rid of them and put them into articles noofus talk 18:51, 30 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

@Loafhouse: Many of them had their own articles at one point but were changed to redirects on account of not passing the notability criteria. See Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Stanley Hudson, for example. CWenger (^@) 21:33, 30 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

What's the difference between "Main" and "Starring"?[edit]

Aren't the main cast members the stars of the show? Why are some characters listed as "Main" while others listed as "Starring"?! —theMainLogan (tc) 15:21, 12 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I think 'main' cast members are listed in the opening credits. CWenger (^@) 15:38, 12 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
And the others aren't? —theMainLogan (tc) 17:54, 12 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Sorry, I guess the 'main' cast members are listed individually during the theme music, while the 'starring' cast members are listed later in the opening credits, usually in groups of 3. CWenger (^@) 18:57, 12 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
That makes more sense! —theMainLogan (tc) 22:52, 13 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
