The video would have cost $1.2 million.

Lady Gaga's G.U.Y.[edit]

It's one of the most expensive msuic video ever, isn't?--181.164.153.53 (talk) 21:00, 23 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Deadmau5 professional greivers video should be on here as it cost roughly the equivalent of davic bowie's ashes to ashes video — Preceding unsigned comment added by 90.21.162.230 (talk) 20:18, 14 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

IMDB gives the cost of the G.U.Y. video as $5 million. That's presumably the cost of the entire 12 minute video, which includes shortened versions of two other songs (ARTPOP and Venus) plus an extended version of a fourth song (MANICURE) running under the four minute credit sequence, so there is a question of how much of the bill to allocate to G.U.Y. (Gaga later released a four minute video that just includes the G.U.Y. portion.) I have not been able to find any other sources for the cost of that video, and I don't believe the IMDB listing is a sufficiently credible source. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Mdulcey (talkcontribs) 12:28, 19 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

belind[edit]

The video for Belinda's EN LA Oscuridad cost $1.000.000 for only one room in the video. shouldnt that be on here??

The List is Wildly Incomplete and Out of Date[edit]

This list is wildly incomplete and out of date. While I don't have sources to cite, it's highly likely that recent videos like Taylor Swift's CGI-heavy Bad Blood, or various Katy Perry videos should be on this list. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.201.63.186 (talk) 20:58, 11 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

The previous comment says "while I don't have sources to cite". That's the basic problem with attempting to maintain this list; few recent music videos have credible reports of their cost. I found an estimate for Lady Gaga's G.U.Y. on IMDB but no corroborating reports. Katy Perry's videos were a complete blank. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Mdulcey (talkcontribs) 12:42, 19 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

These seem more like short films, and not videos for a particular song. Trivialist (talk) 11:09, 21 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
