Requested edit[edit]

I made substantial changes to my Wikipedia page in November 2013. Subsequently, a colleague made a minor change approved by me on Feb. 3, 2014, and after that (Feb. 7, 2014), I noticed that my page had suddenly reverted back to its pre-November 2013 version.

How can this be fixed? Can whoever reverted it put it back to its changed version, or do I need to change it all over again?

I can be reached at (Redacted) Thank you,

Michael Lewis 130.219.8.11 (talk) 16:06, 14 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Dr. Lewis, it will be a shame if this article is deleted! Assuming everything in the article is true, you are certainly notable enough for an article here. But you must understand that the facts in an encyclopedia must be supported by a citation separate from the subject. Take a look at some of the other biographical articles here. Virtually every fact is sourced; otherwise it will be removed. Some articles have an "External links" section; some have a "See also" section; some have a "Further reading" section. All of them have a "References" section.
You have a week. There must have been write-ups of you in many sources. Some of them must added to the article if it is to be kept. Sincerely, Hordaland (talk) 21:22, 14 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
